Rotem, 42, is divorced and has three children, ages 5-21. Her oldest daughter has a one-year-old, and the two are currently living with Rotem.

Though she tries her best to make ends meet, Rotem struggles to cover all of her monthly expenses. She works part time as a secretary, but also needs to devote a lot of time towards caring for her son, aged 10, who suffers from epilepsy.

Rotem’s ex-husband pays no child support and has no contact with the family. Needless to say, she is carrying a huge load, both financially and emotionally.

At the moment, Rotem’s most desperate need is a new oven, an expense she cannot afford. If we could help her purchase one, she would at the very least be able to cook her family hot, fresh food.
